Job Description

• Follow our Cycle of Service at all times
• Ensure correct set up of the bar in line with laid-down procedures and par levels
• Re-stock garnishes, mixers, ice and alcohol bottles
• Collect, clean and wipe glassware
• Arrange and organize the bar/coffee area
• Assist with deliveries and arrange the alcohol store room and ensure it is adequately secured whilst access is not required
• Ensure that all items are stored correctly, in terms of temperature, humidity and shelf life
• Ensure correct stock rotation and that no items leave the storeroom without the appropriate documentation or signature
• Clean the agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements
• Assist in the preparation of basic beverages like coffees or teas following recipes and in line with company standards if instructed to do so
• Be totally familiar with the composition of all menu items
• Be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code
• Attend meetings and training courses as required
• Report any suspicious packages or parcels to management without delay
• Take part in any fire or evacuation drills and ensure complete familiarization with all exits, including those normally used by customers, as well as fire escapes
• Carry out any other reasonable request asked by the management
